REACH-INITIATIVE UGANDA is committed to reducing the impact of HIV/AIDS by delivering comprehensive, community-centered programs that promote prevention, early diagnosis, quality treatment, care, and long-term support. We work alongside government health facilities, local leaders, community health workers, and development partners to improve access to life-saving HIV services while empowering individuals and families to live healthy, productive lives.

Our HIV/AIDS programs focus on increasing awareness through community education and behavior change communication, expanding access to HIV testing and counseling, strengthening linkage to treatment and care, improving antiretroviral therapy (ART) adherence, and supporting viral load suppression among people living with HIV.
