NSOMBYA CHARLES
Nsombya Charles serves as the Head of Organisation at REACH Initiative Uganda, providing overall leadership and strategic direction to the organisation. He supports the coordination of programmes, organisational planning, partnerships and community-focused initiatives aimed at improving the wellbeing and opportunities of vulnerable and underserved communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provides overall organisational leadership and strategic direction. Oversees implementation of organisational programmes and activities. Supports partnerships and stakeholder engagement. Provides leadership in organisational planning and decision-making. Promotes accountability, transparency and effective programme delivery. Represents REACH Initiative Uganda in relevant engagements and partnerships. Supports the organisation's long-term development and sustainability.Areas of Leadership:

ERISA NTEGE
Erisa Ntege serves as Programs Manager at REACH Initiative Uganda, supporting the planning, coordination and implementation of the organisation's programmes. The role involves working with programme teams, communities and stakeholders to ensure that activities are effectively delivered and aligned with the organisation's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinates programme planning and implementation. Supports programme teams in delivering planned activities. Monitors programme progress and implementation. Coordinates with communities, partners and stakeholders. Supports preparation of programme reports and documentation. Helps identify implementation challenges and appropriate responses. Ms. NAKAYENGA JUDITH
Ms. Nakayenga Judith serves as the Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist at REACH Initiative Uganda. She supports the organisation in tracking programme implementation, documenting results and generating information that can be used to strengthen programme quality, accountability and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Develops and supports monitoring and evaluation activities. Tracks programme outputs, outcomes and progress. Supports collection, verification and analysis of programme data. Maintains programme monitoring documentation and records. Supports assessments and programme reviews. Helps identify lessons learned and areas requiring improvement. Contributes to evidence-based programme planning and decision-making. Supports reporting to management, partners and relevant stakeholders.Areas of Expertise/Responsibility:

NATHAN KUSASIRA
Nathan Kusasira serves as Accountant at REACH Initiative Uganda, supporting the organisation's financial management and accountability systems. He contributes to accurate financial record keeping, financial reporting, budgeting and the responsible management of organisational resources in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintains accurate financial records and documentation. Supports preparation and monitoring of organisational budgets. Processes and records financial transactions. Supports financial reporting and reconciliation. Monitors expenditure against approved budgets. Maintains appropriate financial documentation and records. Supports financial accountability and internal controls. Provides financial information to support organisational decision-making.
